I help stressed & overwhelmed New Yorkers find space, clarity & calm in this crazy world we are living in. Anxiety & depression can make you feel stuck, unfulfilled, or lost. Oftentimes these feelings pop up when you are in transition (change in relationships, job, new baby, moving, etc), or could be connected to longstanding patterns of negative self-talk or low self-esteem. By helping you slow down, focus on self-care, and offering a safe non-judgmental space to explore & express these feelings, concerns and confusion- I help people who are ready to feel un-stuck and want to feel more fulfilled & content in their lives.
Psychotherapy sessions take place weekly; sometimes 2x/week or biweekly options will also work.
All sessions are currently online via Telehealth (with the exception of active sessions- see more info below).
